US stem cell trial okayed for serious heart disease

News : "A stem cell trial for chronic ischemia, a serious form of heart disease, has received approval from the US Food and Drug Administration. Researchers at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and University Hospitals of Cleveland have announced that they can now begin a study to evaluate the safety of using adult stem cells from bone marrow for chronic ischemia."
